Maier and Maier

Maier & Maier work for Prudential Carolinas Realty and are the first Brother/Sister Team to work out of the Oakwood Office across from Thruway Shopping Center on Stratford Road.

One half of our dynamic team is Thomas Maier. Thomas was born and raised in Winston-Salem and attended Elon University, graduating with a BA in History and Minor in Political Science. Thomas was an athlete on the Elon football team along with being recognized for Dean's and President's list throughout his years there. Thomas came to Prudential from working with a local law firm and has experience with the legal side of real estate transactions.

The other half of our team is Susan Maier. Susan was born and raised in Winston-Salem and graduated with a degree in Public Relations from North Carolina State University. Susan brings solid sales and managerial skills with her strong background in Pharmaceutical Sales.

In 2010, thanks to your support, we once again earned recognition in the President’s Circle for being in the top 3% of producers in the national Prudential Network.  We were able to sell homes throughout the Triad in all price ranges while increasing our awareness within the community. 

While focusing on real estate, Maier & Maier also maintains our commitment to the betterment of this city through our volunteer efforts.  Susan served on the Board of Directors and chaired the Social Committee for the local Association of Realtors. In addition, she actively volunteers with the Junior League and Women’s Council, and she also serves as the Chair for The City Dash Executive Board.  Thomas remains committed to his position as a staff volunteer for the Samaritan Inn, has served on the Community Service Committee for the Association of Realtors, was a founding member of the steering committee for Young Leaders United through the United Way, and remains involved with the Chamber of Commerce.  Susan and Thomas both continue work on building and maintaining a Young Business Forum that meets bi-monthly and are working on starting Gen Now, a young leaders support and referral group through the Chamber of Commerce.
